A last-minute change to Ohio's worker's compensation agency budget bill has sparked condemnation from around the country because it would require injured workers to declare their immigration status when filing a claim.
But Ohio business interests say that's the least of the problems with the bill, which ballooned to 115 pages with the addition of several sections that have nothing to do with funding the Bureau of Workers' Compensation.
