The Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court denied an employee's request to reinstate her benefits after she was terminated for falsifying company documents and insubordination.In Bittner v. WCAB, No. 1655 C.D. 2007, 2/11/08, Bittner originally suffered a compensable leg injury in 2000 and returned to work in 2002 without any wage losses.In September 2005, the employer fired her after she attempted to give a co-worker an unapproved 1% raise by taping a supervisor's signature onto a document.
