FL Regulation 69-O 189.015 Enacted

New FL Regulation 69-O 189.015, Workers' Compensation Insurer Reporting of Significant Underwriting Change, becomes effective Monday, July 25, 2005. The stated purpose of this regulation is "to administer the requirements of Section 624.4315, F.S." This regulation provides that an insurer is required to notify the Office in the event of a significant underwriting change that "will materially limit or restrict the number of workers' compensation policies or premiums written in Florida."
