The Colorado Court of Appeals ruled that a worker's bank account was not exempt from garnishment to allow his employer's insurance carrier to recoup an overpayment.
Tod Wilson suffered injuries while at work in 2015. His employer had workers’ compensation coverage with Pinnacol Assurance, and he received workers’ compensation benefits from the carrier.
