Ark. Ct: Cocaine Metabolites Presence Sufficient To Deny Claim

The presence of cocaine metabolites does not equate to active drug presence, but it is enough for an employer to reject a total disability claim from the estate of an employee who died in a car wreck while on company duty, the Arkansas Court of Appeals Division II ruled in an unpublished opinion.
