A Florida Congressman introduced a bill that would prohibit federal agencies from using a positive drug test for marijuana as grounds for not hiring someone who lives in a state where marijuana is legal.
H.R. 1687, also known as the Fairness in Federal Drug Testing Under State Laws Act, was introduced by Rep. Charlie Crist, D-Florida, in March. It has been referred to the House Committee on Oversight and Reform.
