Daniel G. Hickey Jr. has resigned his position as chairman and chief executive officer of CRM Holdings, effective immediately, the company announced Friday.CRM said its board of directors appointed Chief Financial Officer James J. Scardino as interim chief executive until a permanent replacement for Hickey is found. The board formed a committee to conduct the search for a new CEO.Keith S.
