Worker Didn't Need to Prove Major Contributing Cause of Need for Treatment for Back

A Florida appellate court overturned a denial of a worker’s claim for additional treatment for a back injury, finding the worker was not required to provide additional medical evidence of the major contributing cause for his need for treatment because of a prior stipulation by the carrier.
