3rd DCA Publishes Decision Upholding Citation Against Framing Contractor

The Court of Appeal for the 3rd District of California this week ordered publication of its decision from late last month that upheld a citation against a framing contractor for a worker’s fall through an unprotected stairwell opening. When the court originally released its opinion in L&S Framing Inc. v. California Occupational Safety and Health Appeals Board (Department of Industrial Relations), it was an unpublished opinion.
