Court Stenographer Charged with $220,000 in False Billings

Agents from the Insurance Fraud Section of the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office have arrested a self-employed court stenographer on charges he billed insurance companies for more than $220,000 for services he did not perform, state Attorney General Tom Corbett said Monday.Corbett said Frederick A.
