Grappling with a statewide spike in coronavirus cases, the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission has again revised its rules for hearings.
A week after it canceled all in-person hearings indefinitely, the commission on Monday announced that emergency in-person hearings would be allowed at five sites around the state. These are in Chicago, Rockford, Peoria, Springfield and Collinsville, a bulletin from the commission reads.
