The Department of Labor and Industry’s Bureau of Workers’ Compensation has released the range of fees charged by utilization review organizations and peer review organizations for 2016 under the Workers’ Compensation Act.
The average fees across all organizations were a minimum of $285.57 and a maximum of $4,634.33, the agency said in Saturday’s Pennsylvania Bulletin.
The organization with the smallest minimum fee was Hajduk & Associates, at $1. The organization with the highest was Quality Assurance Reviews Inc. at $6,792.84.
