Agency Releases Range of Fees by Utilization and Peer Review Organizations

The Department of Labor and Industry’s Bureau of Workers’ Compensation has released the range of fees charged by utilization review organizations and peer review organizations for 2016 under the Workers’ Compensation Act. The average fees across all organizations were a minimum of $285.57 and a maximum of $4,634.33, the agency said in Saturday’s Pennsylvania Bulletin.
