Utah Gov. Gary Herbert signed into law a bill creating a rebuttable presumption that first responders and health care workers contracted COVID-19 during the course of employment.
The governor on April 23 signed HB 3007, which went into effect immediately and applies to all cases of COVID-19 diagnosed on or after March 21.
