Ned Rand Steps Into CEO Role at ProAssurance

Edward “Ned” Rand Jr. has succeeded W. Stancil Starnes as chief executive officer of ProAssurance Corp., effective Monday.  Rand will retain his responsibilities as president of the company. Starnes, who has been with ProAssurance for 12 years, has transitioned into the role of executive chairman of the board. The company announced the changes in May.
