Federal Court Mulling Motion to Dismiss in NFL Brain Injury Suit

A federal judge will consider motions to dismiss one of the largest suits against the National Football League on March 19 at 10 a.m. in downtown Los Angeles. The U.S. District Court for the Central District of California will conduct a hearing on the NFL's and Riddell's motions to dismiss a class-action lawsuit filed by 75 former football players.
