Comptroller: Risk Management Division Failed to Implement Claims Processing Recommendations

The New Jersey Office of the State Comptroller said in a follow-up report that the Division of Risk Management failed to implement work comp claims processing recommendations intended to reduce fraud, waste and abuse.
