XL Insurance Hires Bob Shine as Chief Underwriting Officer

XL Insurance announced Thursday the promotion of Bob Shine to chief underwriting officer of North America Property & Casualty. Previously chief casualty underwriting officer, Shine's responsibilities expand to include underwriting oversight across all of XL Insurance's property and casualty lines in the U.S. and Canada, XL said in a press release.
