A jury has delivered a verdict in favor of brokerage Alliant Insurance Services and 10 of its insurance producers who accused Alliant of poaching employees from competitor Aon Corp.
On March 22, a jury in Fresno rejected Aon’s claims against Alliant, which included breach of fiduciary duty, aiding and abetting breach of fiduciary duty, breach of loyalty, intentional interference with contracts and misappropriation of trade secrets, according to an Alliant news release.
