PCI Hopeful on Reform Despite Oklahoma Loss

Property Casualty Insurers Association of America (PCI) reported that while defeat of tort reform legislation in Oklahoma shows "the difficulty of achieving tort reform" there are positive signs that reforms "are having an impact across the country." PCI director of commercial lines David Golden said that as many legislative sessions reach their midpoint "there have been gains on the tort reform front despite the turn of events in Oklahoma."
