The Delaware Supreme Court ruled that a trial judge erred in reversing the decision of a hearing officer's finding that a worker was not entitled to a third back surgery. Case: AFL Network Services v. Heglund, No. 238, 2016, 11/15/2016, published. Facts: Thomas Heglund suffered a back injury in March 2004 while working for AFL Network Services.
