The California Board of Osteopathic Medicine is recommending disciplinary action against a Fresno qualified medical examiner for allegedly recommending the use of medical marijuana to patients without conducting medical examinations.According to an accusation filed by board staff on Jan. 8, a Fresno County sheriff's deputy and a California Medical Board visited the office of Dr. Diego G.
