New Filing Fees in Effect for Prevailing Wage Forms

Washington State is raising filing fees for prevailing wage intents and affidavits.The legislature this year raised filing fees from $25 to $40.  This new permanent rule that follows the legislation eliminates the $25 fee from the rules. The previous filing fees for prevailing wage intents and affidavits are banished by the new rule. Washington requires every employer on a public works project to file a Statement of Intent to Pay Prevailing Wages (intent), and Affidavit of Wages Paid (affidavit) Public Works contract form.
