Claimant Who Worked on Farm While on Comp to Serve Jail Time

An Upstate New York claimant who defrauded a workers’ compensation insurer out of $4,013 in benefits will spend his weekends in jail for the next three months after pleading guilty to insurance fraud in the fifth degree, and petit larceny.
