The federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration has cited Maxim Construction Group Corp. of Hallandale Beach, Florida, for fall exposure and silica dust hazards, OSHA announced in a release.
The agency conducted an inspection last October after receiving complaints about fall hazards at two work sites.
