Alliant Continues Northwest Expansion with Kassa Acquisition

California-headquartered brokerage Alliant Insurance Services acquired Kassa Insurance Services, an insurance agency in Washington state, as part of its expansion strategy targeting the inland area of the Northwestern U.S. Kassa, which has provided personal and commercial insurance lines in Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho for 20 years, will operate as part of Alliant Americas and be managed out of Alliant's office in Spokane, Washington.
