A bill introduced in Nebraska would automatically terminate total disability benefits on many claims when an injured worker turns 72. Other measures introduced last week would reduce the number of judges on the Workers’ Compensation Court and declare it unlawful for employers to discriminate against those who file workers’ compensation claims.
