The Industrial Commission of Arizona will host a series of webinars teaching out-of-state claims managers how to handle Arizona claims from October to December.
The webinar sessions will cover all aspects of handling a workers' compensation claim in Arizona, according to Industrial Commission Programs and Projects Specialist Gregg Morgan. Topics will include approving and denying claims, permanent impairment, facial disfigurement, tooth loss, settlements and changing doctors.
