The New York State Workers' Compensation Board is offering a tutorial video, showing medical providers how to use a new web-based portal to submit medical information and access board notices.
The portal, to be available in coming weeks, will be the primary means by which providers can apply to become board-authorized to treat injured workers, and to update their authorization and contact information, the board said.
