Worker's Award Can Be Modified to Correct Miscalculation of Wages

The Ohio Supreme Court unanimously ruled that the Industrial Commission had the authority to modify its calculation of benefits owed to an injured worker 18 years after the fact, and to collect its overpayment from the future benefits payable to him.
