An Ohio man received six months of probation for his second attempt to fake a work injury for narcotics, the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation announced last week.
Thomas Gallagher, 47, of Dublin, Ohio, pleaded guilty to a first-degree misdemeanor charge of workers' compensation fraud on Wednesday.
