Case: Orellana v. 7 West 34th Street LLC, No. 2017-06292, 06/12/2019, published. Facts: Jose Orellana worked for Calvin Maintenance. He was injured while performing demolition work at a commercial building owned by 7 West 34th Street LLC. The owner had hired W5 Group LLC to demolish several floors of the building, and W5 hired Calvin to provide laborers.
