The California Division of Occupational Safety and Health (Cal-OSHA) fined a state mental hospital in Napa for an attack that left a therapist with serious head injuries, according to the Napa Valley Register.The newspaper reports Cal-OSHA fined the Napa State Hospital $16,875 for violations, including not having adequate alarm systems, injury and illness prevention programs or escort procedures, the Register reported.Therapist George Anderson was beaten in December while taking a patient for a walk.
