NYCIRB Updates Constitution to Account for Change in Annual Meeting Date

The New York Compensation Insurance Rating Board has tweaked its constitution, changing the date of the annual meeting, adding a bullet point to its list of organizational goals and removing language that referred to policies in place before 2012.  The Rating Board's Board of Governors had previously decided to move the annual meeting from the fourth Thursday in January to "a day in September or October of each year," and follow the meeting with a forum on the state of the workers' compensation industry.
