The Florida Division of Workers' Compensation filed a revised set of wage loss discount factor tables, which set forth criteria for discounting total wages, salary and other remunerations when determining wage loss benefits due for any week beginning with the 25th month after maximum medical improvement.
The factors are based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for the previous year and used to calculate current-year factors when the CPI is less than the 5% factor established on July 1, 1980.
