The Utah Supreme Court has ruled that the Workers' Compensation Fund is owned by its policyholders and not the people of the state of Utah.Yesterday, the Court, in the closely watched battle over the cash-laden assets of WCF, upheld 3rd District Judge Timothy Hanson's ruling that the state has no ownership in Workers Compensation Fund (WCF) other than as policyholder.
