On December 20, 2002, L. Tim Wagner, Director of the Nebraska Department of Insurance, issued an Order of Supervision and List of Requirements to Abate Supervision and Notice of Hearing, placing Acceptance Insurance Company under supervision. All claims are being adjusted and paid as usual by the company.
