Day Care Worker Pleads Guilty to Fraud

Thomas Jordan was employed by K.C. Family Care, Inc of Sacramento. K.C Family Care operates a children's residential care facility and has been insured by State Compensation Insurance Fund since 1999. In 2002 Jordan claimed a work related injury. An anonymous tip to State Fund's Fraud Hotline (1-888-STOP FRAUD) prompted an investigation of Jordan's claim.
