In an opinion not certified for publication, the Fifth District of the California Court of Appeals remanded a Workers' Compensation Appeals Board decision based on the deficiency of the opinion. In Save Mart Supermarkets v. WCAB (Hixson), No. F047876, 02/09/2006, Chad Hixson, a Save Mart employee, fell and injured his wrists while cleaning the meat department on May 16, 2001.
