Injury From Washing Feet, Not Work, Say Records

Nasir Husain, 59, was arrested by investigators from the California Department of Insurance Criminal Investigations Branch's Fraud Division. Husain was arrested at his home in Westminster on 19 felony counts of insurance fraud. On February 1, 2001, Husain, who worked for Johnson Controls, Inc., informed his supervisor that while working on an air conditioner at Whittier College in September of 2000, he fell and injured his back.
