FL: NCCI Stats Attacked; SB 50A & HB 25A

Florida trial lawyers have been successful in convincing the state Senate to pay for an independent actuary's "peer review" of the calculations that were previously the exclusive domain of the NCCI in calculating the cost of pending legislation. The report, prepared by Anthony J Grippa of Preferred Insurance Capital Consultants, LLC out of Boca Raton, FL, is dated 5/16/03.
