Reports out of West Virginia are indicating that Gov. Bob Wise will call a special session in June to deal with that state's particularly egregious workers' compensation problems.The state run and financed system is deeply in trouble, facing over $3 billion in liabilities, and a cash flow problem that will have the system bankrupt next year if nothing is done.
