LWCC Names Claims Operations Manager

Louisiana Workers' Compensation Corp. (LWCC) has hired the former head of the state Second Injury Board to oversee daily claims operations at the Baton Rouge-based carrier. The workers' compensation insurer said Jill Breard will serve as operations manager of the Risk Management Services Division and run three of its units: claims administration, recovery and special investigations.
