A Sullivan County, N.Y., woman is due in court Monday for arraignment on 10 charges of lying about her work status to collect workers' compensation benefits.
A grand jury last year indicted Tammy Owens, 34, of Loch Sheldrake on seven felony and three misdemeanor charges, according to the county's district attorney's office.
Owens failed to show up Thursday for her scheduled arraignment, according to the district attorney's office. If she fails to appear Monday, a bench warrant for her arrest will be issued, a prosecutor familiar with the case said.
