N.Y. County Woman Misses Fraud Arraignment

A Sullivan County, N.Y., woman is due in court Monday for arraignment on 10 charges of lying about her work status to collect workers' compensation benefits. A grand jury last year indicted Tammy Owens, 34, of Loch Sheldrake on seven felony and three misdemeanor charges, according to the county's district attorney's office.
