Calif. 3rd Publishes Heart Trouble Presumption Case

The California 3rd District Court of Appeal ordered the publication of a case denying a presumption of heart trouble coverage to a horse racing board inspector. Richard "Jake" Jacobsmeyer, a defense attorney uninvolved with the case, wrote a letter to the court, asking it to publish California Racing Board v.
