IL: Insurance Guaranty Fund Triggered re Legion

From the Illinois Industrial Commission:Orders of Liquidation were entered against Legion and Villanova Insurance Companies on July 25, 2003. These orders trigger the obligations of the Illinois Insurance Guaranty Fund for workers'' compensation claims. The orders also trigger a 120 day stay, from the date of liquidation order, against insureds of Legion and Villanova pursuant to the Illinois Insurance Code (215 ILCS 5/551).
