Anderson, Chairman of Benefit Resource, Inc., Benefit Resource of Indiana, Inc. and Business Benefits Group, Inc., with offices in Owensboro, Kentucky and Newburgh, Indiana, yesterday announced the asset acquisition of Benefit Resource, Inc., Benefit Resource of Indiana, Inc. and Business Benefits Group, Inc., by Brown & Brown, Inc.
