Bank Fraud Leads to WC Fraud Arrest of CA Man

An El Dorado Hills resident was arrested as a result of an investigation by the California Department of Insurance Criminal Investigations Branch's Fraud Division. Charles David Littlejohn, 46, AKA Charles Brewer, was arrested at his El Dorado Hills home this morning on an outstanding warrant. Littlejohn is charged with Mail Fraud and Making False Statements in a Loan Application. The case is being prosecuted by the United States Attorney's Office in Sacramento.
