The Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of New York posted the state's latest financial status report for the state's workers' compensation self-insurance trusts on its Web site Thursday.
The report, dated Dec. 23, was produced by the state Workers' Compensation Board, which had previously denied requests by IIABNY to post the continuing updates on the board's Web site, citing concerns the information might be misinterpreted.
