The IAIABC has informally polled state workers' compensation agencies on whether they allow exclusions for acts of terrorism in workers' compensation insurance. The poll found that the following states did not authorize exclusions for any form of workers compensation coverage:
Arkansas, California, Florida, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, and Wisconsin.
