Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger Monday led the signature gathering effort to place the Workers' Compensation Reform and Accountability Initiative on the ballot in November, signing up voters at a local Costco store and reiterating his pledge to "do all that I can to help" as the Friday deadline to submit signatures rapidly approaches.
